A Place in the Sun Live London TOOK PLACE on the
9 – 11 May 2025 AT london Excel!
A Place in the Sun Live was back at London ExCeL — the UK’s biggest overseas property show — and was a massive hit!
Visitors had the opportunity to meet, chat and gain valuable insights from over 100 exhibitors, from estate agents and property developers to legal pros, visa experts, and mortgage brokers — all conveniently under one roof. The show also introduced dedicated zones for Italy and Egypt, giving even more tailored inspiration.
Attendees walked away with the knowledge and confidence to take the next step on their overseas property journey, thanks to country-specific seminars, lively panel discussions, and engaging interviews with Jasmine Harman, Laura Hamilton, and special guest Amanda Lamb.

Three stages: Expert Advice to Fast-Track Your Overseas Property Journey!
THE HUB
The Hub stage had exclusive interviews with TV stars Jasmine Harman, Laura Hamilton, and Amanda Lamb, where they shared insider tips on buying property abroad. Visitors learnt how to navigate the Spanish property market, explored visa options for moving to Spain, and got expert advice on planning their property search. Plus, we hosted “A Place in the Sun TV Revisited” session.
FRENCH VILLAGE
Visitors to the French Village stage gained invaluable guidance on buying property in France, from navigating the buying process to securing the right services for a smooth transaction. They discovered advice on planning a permanent move, including pension planning, visas, and healthcare including top tips for successful house hunting and insights on French taxes and inheritance planning.
SEMINAR THEATRE
The Seminar Theatre stage offered expert insights on essential topics like tax and financial planning when moving overseas. Visitors learnt about property options in Portugal, Italy, Egypt, Dubai, Florida and Cyprus, whether for a holiday home or relocation, and discovered how to save money on currency transfers, insurance, and mortgages in Spain.
