Yes, there is an entry fee. Tickets can be purchased online in advance or at the venue on the event day.

f) Do I need to book to attend a seminar?

No, there’s no need to book! Seminars are free of charge. Seats are available on a first come basis so make sure you arrive with plenty of time to find a spot.

g) Is there parking available at ExCel?

Yes. You have to pay for parking and a car park is on-site and a short walk to the exhibition hall. Tickets can be pre-booked here. There are disabled spaces clearly marked.

h) Can I leave the exhibition and re-enter later in the day?

Yes. You can leave the exhibition and come back any time before 4pm, just make sure you get a hand stamp from the door security before leaving.

i) Are there refreshments on site?

Yes. There is a café where you can buy tea, coffee and soft drinks as well as light snacks.

j) Does the ExCel have disabled access?

Yes, ExCel is fully accessible for disabled visitors. For specific information please go to the venues website.

k) Are there any hotels near London ExCel?

Yes, there are a number of hotels nearby. Click here to find out more about local accommodation.

l) Are dogs allowed in the venue?

Dogs are not allowed at the venue unless they are service animals (registered guide dogs, hearing dogs and medical alert animals).
