A Place in the Sun Live London 2023 was held on the 2 – 4 June 2023, a little later than normal due to a certain coronation event! We saw over 4,400 house-hunters attend the event at Olympia London with a wide range of exhibitors on hand to help them make their dream a reality!
Over 5,300 visitors united at London Olympia for A Place in the Sun Live overseas property exhibition 2024, all poised to take the crucial steps towards turning their dream of owning property abroad into a tangible reality. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as attendees mingled with hundreds of experts from all over the world. Whether it was and browsed through options presented by over 70 exhibitors. Whether attendees were in need of an estate agent, lawyer, tax advisor, wealth specialist, mortgage consultant, currency broker, language expert, or residency consultant, they found what they sought!
Exhibitors representing 19 different countries assisted visitors with every facet of their property acquisition venture. Among them were estate agents, lawyers, tax and wealth experts, mortgage advisors, currency specialists, residency consultants, and more! Alongside this impressive lineup of exhibitors, we were honored to host the luminaries from Channel 4’s A Place in the Sun TV show! Jasmine Harman, Laura Hamilton, and special guests Ben Hillman and Craig Rowe took the stage to regale packed audiences with their experiences from the show, and to dispense invaluable insights for successful house hunting and overseas property purchases.
House hunters also relished the opportunity to engage with the presenters in person, capture selfies, and have their show guides autographed! On Sunday, we reunited Craig with his house hunters John and Diane, to recount their experiences, and to bring Craig up to speed on what transpired after filming concluded! In addition to discussions with our presenters, we boasted a bustling schedule of seminars held across four stages, throughout the entire weekend! At the central Hub, our visitors received comprehensive insights on everything from how and where to acquire property in Spain, to orchestrating a permanent move abroad, and much more.
Our affable hosts were joined by a panel of seasoned experts, including lawyers, tax advisors, currency specialists, and estate agents. They were present to dispense valuable advice and field some truly insightful live queries from our engaged audience. Those in pursuit of properties in France were thoroughly spoiled for choice in the French Village, where a complete schedule of seminars offered profound insights and pragmatic guidance on all facets of purchasing and relocating across the Channel.
How did we do?
We thought the London show went really well… but what did you think? Our survey showed that those who attended the event got a lot out of the day and it really helped them move forward with their dream of buying an overseas property.

Meet our presenters
